What instantly kills mold?
Use undiluted white vinegar for hard surfaces in the kitchen and baths. A bleach solution can also be used to kill mold. Mix one cup of bleach with a gallon of water. Apply the bleach solution to the surface. Rinse off the excess water. Mix 50/50 water and ammonia.
Can I remove the black mold myself?
A homeowner can clean about 10 square meters (roughly 3 x 3 ft) of black mold on their own. If the problem is small enough, you can use bleach, water, and scrubbing to clean it.
